Hope Autism Clinic is hiring a part-time Behavior Technician/Registered Behavior Technician in O'Fallon, Illinois, with a Monday-Friday schedule from 10:45 a.m. to 4:45 p.m. The role works directly with children ages 2–8 with autism spectrum disorder, teaches them using applied behavior analysis, communicates with families, tracks session data, supports individualized communication and early-learning goals, and assists with group activities. Applicants must be at least 18, have a high school diploma or equivalent, and pass background clearance; an associate's or bachelor's degree in a related field and experience with developmental disabilities are preferred.
