The Buca Host is the first point of contact for guests, warmly greeting them, managing reservations, optimizing seating, and addressing inquiries at the Cincinnati location. They collaborate with staff to enhance guest satisfaction and create memorable dining experiences. Minimum qualifications include a high school diploma, customer service experience (preferably in a restaurant), and strong communication skills. Preferred qualifications include experience with reservation management systems, knowledge of food and beverage service, and bilingual abilities.
