The Buca Host serves as the first point of contact for guests at the Cincinnati restaurant, welcoming visitors, managing reservations and seating, answering menu and restaurant questions, coordinating with servers and kitchen staff, and handling guest concerns. The role requires a high school diploma or equivalent, customer service experience, and strong communication and interpersonal skills; reservation management, food and beverage service knowledge, and bilingual abilities are preferred.
