Description
The Budget Analyst (FP&A) supports financial planning, budgeting, forecasting, variance analysis, reporting, and monthly close activities for a home health and durable medical equipment organization. Reporting to the Supervisor of Financial Planning & Analysis, the role partners with operations, clinical, billing, and revenue-cycle teams to analyze volume, staffing, productivity, costs, and reimbursement variances. The position requires a bachelor’s degree in a relevant field and 1–3 years of experience in financial analysis, budgeting, accounting, or a related role; healthcare and home health or DME experience are preferred but not required.
