Rutgers University is hiring a full-time Budget Analyst I for its University Office of Financial Planning, Analysis, and Budget. The role develops financial models, forecasts, scenario analyses, and cost allocations; supports annual operating budgets, tuition and enrollment analysis, personnel and fringe modeling, quarterly forecasting, and financial-risk evaluation; and translates complex data into dashboards, presentations, and executive recommendations. The position requires a bachelor’s degree and at least five years of progressively responsible experience in budgeting, financial planning and analysis, accounting, or a related analytical function. It offers a minimum annual salary of $108,670, a mid-range of $137,547, and a maximum of $166,424, with a hybrid work arrangement requiring at least three days per week on site.
