The Budget Analyst SME - Formulation supports the Intelligence Community’s National Intelligence Program budget by developing, executing, monitoring, and reporting on budgets; analyzing financial data; preparing Congressional Budget Justification Book materials; tracking legislation; and responding to congressional actions. The role requires a current TS/SCI clearance with a Counterintelligence polygraph, U.S. citizenship, federal employment suitability, E-Verify eligibility, and substantial government budgeting experience, including 3–5 years in the Intelligence Community.
