Description
The role leads a construction budgeting team, overseeing the preparation of competitive construction budgets, technical reviews, cost validation, quantity and charge calculations, supplier quotations, budget templates, performance indicators, and coordination with projects, engineering, procurement, and planning. It also supports feasibility studies, cost optimization, and the development of the budgeting team. The position requires a complete degree in Civil Engineering, preferably a postgraduate degree, and solid experience with residential construction budgeting, especially in medium- and large-scale developments.
