Ayr Wellness is hiring a Budtender to provide knowledgeable, personalized customer service in a cannabis dispensary. The role involves explaining premium cannabis products, resolving customer concerns, processing orders through point-of-sale and inventory systems, meeting sales targets, maintaining store cleanliness and compliance, and assisting management. Candidates must be at least 21, pass background checks, work retail schedules including nights and weekends, have prior customer service experience, hold a high school diploma or GED, and have 1–3 years of retail or customer service experience.
