The role prepares and cooks buffet-style food in an airport lounge, maintains a clean and hygienic kitchen, monitors food stock, ensures equipment is maintained, and follows health and safety and food-safety procedures. It requires teamwork, flexibility, attention to detail, multitasking, pressure management, English communication, and a clean uniform; previous similar experience or shift-work experience is advantageous.
