Rocket Lab is hiring a Build Engineer to own the build process for the Archimedes engine and related propulsion hardware at its NASA Stennis rocket engine test facility in Mississippi. The role involves hands-on hardware work, improving shop-floor layout and build procedures, creating traceable work orders, supporting technicians, coordinating manufacturing and supply chain, resolving non-conformances, and leading root-cause investigations. The position can be hired as a Build Engineer II or Senior Build Engineer I and requires a bachelor’s degree in a relevant engineering field plus 2–5 years of manufacturing, integration, or assembly experience, depending on the level.
