Description
Aalo Atomics is hiring a Build Reliability Engineer to own build-induced risk across the design, fabrication, assembly, inspection, testing, and production ramp-up of reactor hardware. The role partners with design, manufacturing, quality, test, production, and supply-chain teams to develop quality plans, PFMEAs, first-article plans, work instructions, inspection strategies, and corrective actions; monitor production and quality data; investigate failures; and support special-process and supplier controls. The position requires a bachelor's degree or equivalent hands-on technical experience, at least three years of manufacturing, quality, or design engineering experience, and on-site work in Austin or Georgetown, Texas, with occasional travel to supplier facilities, test sites, and the reactor site in Idaho.
