Description
Axiom Custom Products is hiring a Build Manager to lead build teams and oversee custom fabrication projects from planning through installation. The role manages production schedules, labor, capacity, quality, budgets, handoffs, safety, and production issues while coordinating with CNC, metal, finish, and manufacturing teams. Candidates should have experience leading teams in custom fabrication, woodworking, cabinetry, or manufacturing, along with woodworking and cabinetry knowledge, CNC and metal fabrication familiarity, drawing-reading ability, and strong organizational and problem-solving skills. Compensation is $38–$42 per hour depending on experience, with medical, dental, vision, retirement, paid time off, and paid holidays.
