Description
The Builder Basic supports daily factory production operations under a Production Supervisor by measuring, cutting wood, assembling medium-sized lightweight products, inspecting materials, and moving up to 50 pounds. The role requires basic math, problem-solving, organizational, and self-direction skills, along with the ability to pass a drug screen; prior manufacturing experience, assembly-line familiarity, tool-operation experience, work-order interpretation, bilingual communication, and a high school diploma or GED are preferred.
