Description
The Builder Relations Representative develops and maintains strategic partnerships with home builders, residential developers, manufactured home dealers, and sales agents. The role focuses on establishing preferred lender arrangements, capturing buyer leads, routing pre-approvals, marketing financing incentives, educating partner sales teams, and managing the loan pipeline through CRM. It requires at least two years of sales, business development, or account management experience in the residential mortgage, real estate, manufactured housing, or homebuilding industry, along with knowledge of mortgage products and homebuilding processes. Compensation is commission-based with an $80,000 annual draw and 20 basis points on funded permanent mortgage loans, plus health, dental, vision, retirement, paid time off, and travel benefits.
