Boston Beer is hiring a full-time Building & Grounds Maintenance coworker in SACB for a Monday–Friday dayshift with eight hours and overtime as needed. The role performs preventative maintenance and repairs on brewery buildings, grounds, equipment, and production machinery; supports plumbing, electrical, HVAC, building renovation, furniture setup, emergency maintenance, safety, and outdoor grounds work. Applicants need a high school diploma or GED, computer and CMMS familiarity, physical ability to perform demanding work, and availability for overtime, weekends, holidays, and varying shifts. The pay range is $17.31–$36.54 per hour, with healthcare and other benefits available.
