Description
The Utilities Manager will manage buildings, utilities, air-handling systems, alarm systems, and related administration; oversee projects and process improvements; prepare investment requests; outsource work; guide department personnel; coordinate with suppliers; and ensure utilities continuity and safety-system response. The role requires a bachelor's degree in a technical field, refrigeration knowledge, at least five years of similar experience, GMP and quality-system familiarity, and strong project-management, analytical, organizational, and communication skills. It is a permanent, full-time day-shift position with benefits including group and hospitalization insurance.
