Description
The Building Automation Systems (BAS/DDC) Specialist provides full-time, on-site technical support at Walter Reed National Military Medical Center in Bethesda, Maryland. The role monitors and troubleshoots BAS and DDC systems, evaluates HVAC control performance, adjusts environmental parameters, coordinates corrective actions, supports commissioning and maintenance, and helps implement energy-conservation measures. The position requires at least five years of healthcare-environment BAS/DDC experience and knowledge of HVAC controls, critical patient-care environments, and applicable military and healthcare facility standards.
