Description
The Building Caretaker maintains and operates building-services systems, performs vehicle care, cleaning, landscaping, minor repairs, winter services, inspections, and monitoring of external service providers. The role requires practical skills, at least three years of completed skilled trades training, building-services knowledge, physical resilience, reliability, organizational ability, a class B driver’s license, and willingness to work shifts, rotating duty, and weekends. It is available immediately in full-time or part-time form in Hartha near Döbeln, Saxony.
