Description
The Building Caretaker / Facilities Technician will maintain and repair buildings, operating areas, outdoor facilities, lighting, heating, and sanitary systems; coordinate external tradespeople; support moves and expansions; and document maintenance activities. The role requires a completed trade apprenticeship or practical experience in building caretaking, building technology, or maintenance, along with technical understanding and hands-on skills.
