Skotnik & Krollmann Building Services is hiring an experienced building-cleaning operations and customer-development professional to manage existing clients and properties, inspect and measure new properties, calculate cleaning services, prepare proposals, acquire commercial customers, support property start-ups, perform quality checks, and coordinate on-site staff. The role combines hands-on property operations with customer-facing sales and business development, offers €3,300–€3,600 gross per month plus performance-based compensation, and includes a company car.
