Description
LaBella Associates is hiring a full-time Building Code Inspector for its Building Code Services team. The role conducts residential and commercial site inspections, verifies compliance with New York State Building Codes and local ordinances, documents findings, prepares reports, communicates violations and corrective actions to project stakeholders, and coordinates with internal teams. Candidates need at least five years of relevant construction, building inspection, or code enforcement experience, current New York State Building Code Enforcement Official certification, a reliable vehicle, and willingness to travel up to 50 miles.
