LaBella Associates is hiring a part-time Building Code Inspector for a staff augmentation assignment supporting a local building department in Dutchess County, New York. The role administers and enforces New York State building and energy codes and local regulations, performs field inspections, documents findings, coordinates with municipal staff, communicates with applicants and design professionals, and provides public-facing building department support. The position requires New York State Code Enforcement Officer certification, code and building department knowledge, construction-document and zoning interpretation skills, a New York driver’s license, and a reliable vehicle.
