4LEAF, Inc. is seeking an experienced Building Commissioner or Building Official in Bristol County to lead building and safety functions for one or more municipal clients. The role oversees code enforcement, plan review, inspections, permitting, compliance, customer service, staff supervision, interdepartmental coordination, and reporting. Candidates should have municipal building-department leadership experience, strong Rhode Island Building Code knowledge, and the ability to build trust with city staff and the community. The position offers flexible full-time or part-time schedules, on-site or hybrid work, and compensation of $120,000–$140,000.
