ACAI Building Construction is hiring a full-time Building Construction Operations Manager in Auburn, Alabama, with occasional out-of-state project travel and no relocation. The role leads commercial construction projects from estimating and procurement through execution and closeout, managing budgets, schedules, subcontractors, clients, internal teams, safety, quality, and profitability. It also involves operational leadership, process improvement, mentoring, business development, and strategic planning. The position requires a bachelor's degree or equivalent experience, at least five years of relevant construction leadership experience, and the ability to work in office and active construction-site environments.
