CMS Controls is hiring a full-time Controls Technician to serve as the direct customer contact for building controls service, including emergency and preventive maintenance, troubleshooting, remote support, small repair projects, electronic paperwork, and sales surveys. The role requires a high school diploma or GED, a current driver’s license, a clean driving record, at least three years of building controls service or installation experience, and Windows and PC operating knowledge. The technician will work in commercial, office, school, hospital, government, and factory buildings in the greater Atlanta area, with frequent travel, overtime, irregular hours, and on-call rotation.
