Description
Under routine supervision, the Building Custodian is responsible for maintaining the cleanliness of buildings and surrounding areas by performing tasks such as trash removal, sweeping, vacuuming, mopping, restroom cleaning and restocking, window cleaning, and minor repairs. The role may also involve operating industrial cleaning equipment, working outdoors or across multiple shifts, maintaining cleaning supply inventory and manuals, responding to repair requests, and assisting with onboarding, mentoring, and special projects. It is a full-time position based in New Windsor, New York, with pay between $16.55 and $24.80 per hour and no employment-based sponsorship.
