Description
The architecture and planning firm is hiring a building drafter or technical draftsman to support project processing for single-family home projects. The role involves implementing client, architect, structural engineer, and customer requirements in construction drawings, creating scale-accurate technical drawings and plans for architectural, engineering, and landscape construction, and supporting project and site managers through performance phases 1–7 of the HOAI. Candidates need completed training or a comparable qualification, professional experience in HOAI performance phases, CAD and Microsoft Office skills, and a solution-oriented, customer-focused working style.
