Description
BPA is seeking a building electrical technician to support projects for a major aerospace client. The role combines AutoCAD electrical drafting, as-built plan updates, technical site surveys of existing facilities, analysis of existing conditions, and coordination with engineers, project managers, and multidisciplinary teams. Candidates need a college diploma in electrical engineering technology, electrotechnology, or a related field, 5 to 8 years of experience in building electrical systems or a similar environment, significant AutoCAD drafting experience, and essential experience conducting field surveys in existing buildings. The position offers a 37.5-hour workweek, flexible hours, a hybrid work policy, and competitive compensation with insurance and RRSP contributions.
