Intertek is hiring a Building Enclosure Project Manager in Philadelphia, Pennsylvania, to lead medium- to large-scale building enclosure consulting, design review, field performance and water-leakage testing, construction administration, forensic investigations, remediation design, and technical reporting. The role supports senior staff, develops client relationships, pursues project work, and requires travel of up to 25% outside the local area. It is scheduled Monday through Friday from 8:00 AM to 5:00 PM and requires a bachelor’s degree in architecture, engineering, or architectural engineering, at least five years of building enclosure consulting or building air-tightness testing experience, and the ability to perform both office and physical work.
