Description
Newmark is hiring a Building Engineer 2 to maintain, troubleshoot, repair, and coordinate repairs for building mechanical, electrical, HVAC, plumbing, life-safety, fire-protection, security, and related operating systems. The role performs preventive maintenance, responds to tenant work orders and emergencies, maintains logs and files, coordinates contractors and approvals, and supports continuous safe site operation. It is a 40-hour-per-week daytime union position with after-hours emergency-call availability, requiring a high school diploma, CFC high-pressure certification, computer and email proficiency, relevant licenses, and building-operations experience preferred.
