Description
ABM is hiring an HVACR Maintenance Technician to operate, maintain, and repair HVACR equipment, chilled water, steam, refrigeration, and related mechanical and electrical systems in a multi-tenant Class A high-rise commercial building in Minneapolis. The role includes preventive maintenance, tenant service requests, troubleshooting, paperwork, emergency support, and work on elevated platforms and confined spaces. The typical schedule is Monday through Friday, 8:30 a.m. to 5:00 p.m., with overtime as needed, and pays $39.25 per hour.
