Description
The Building Engineer operates, maintains, repairs, and troubleshoots building systems and equipment to support safe, efficient, and continuous facility operations. Responsibilities include preventive and corrective maintenance of HVAC, electrical, plumbing, mechanical, and life-safety systems; building automation monitoring; tenant and emergency maintenance; inspections; work-order completion; vendor coordination; and compliance with safety and environmental regulations. The role pays $29.00 per hour and requires a high school diploma or GED, with technical training or trade certification and at least three years of commercial building maintenance or engineering experience preferred.
