Description
The HVACR Maintenance Technician operates, maintains, and repairs HVACR equipment, chilled water, steam, refrigeration, and related mechanical and electrical systems in a multi-tenant Class A high-rise commercial building in Minneapolis. The role includes preventive maintenance, tenant service requests, troubleshooting, paperwork, safety compliance, emergency support, and overtime as needed. It requires a high school diploma, EPA refrigeration certification, and preferably related technical certification, an engineer or boiler license, and at least two years of commercial HVACR experience.
