Cinemark is hiring an on-site Supervisor, Building Engineer to manage contractors, vendors, and projects across the Corporate Office in Plano, Texas, the T.O.P. Center network operations center, and the warehouse in Frisco, Texas. The role oversees electrical, mechanical, plumbing, HVAC, fire and life safety, elevators, landscaping, security, parking, furniture, and janitorial systems; conducts inspections; prepares budgets; manages contractors and vendors; approves payments; tracks work orders; and performs hands-on repairs. The position requires a bachelor’s, associate, or trade school degree in a relevant field, 5–10 years of facility management experience, knowledge of building systems and codes, and the ability to travel between the two Texas locations.
