Description
Colliers is hiring an onsite Building Engineer to perform preventative and necessary maintenance, repairs, and work-order management for building mechanical, electrical, HVAC, and plumbing systems. The role requires 2–5 years of building or property maintenance or engineering experience, HVAC and building-system knowledge, CFC certification or the ability to obtain it, on-call availability, a valid driver’s license, and a clear motor vehicle record. The position is full-time, requires applicants to be authorized to work in the United States, and does not offer visa sponsorship.
