Description
Colliers is hiring a Building Engineer to maintain and monitor building systems, respond to tenant service requests, prioritize and assign work orders, conduct inspections and alarm testing, and implement preventative maintenance programs. The role also supports budget and RFP processes, manages records and schedules, and requires knowledge of HVAC, electrical, plumbing, energy management, and other mechanical systems. Applicants need at least 3–5 years of building or property maintenance or engineering experience, a valid driver’s license, onsite availability, and authorization to work in the United States on a full-time basis; visa sponsorship is not offered.
