Description
The Building Engineer performs or directs service maintenance for a property or portfolio, including HVAC, electrical, plumbing, fire alarm, generator, and other building-system maintenance; oversees contractors and vendors; manages tools, supplies, inventory, purchase orders, warranties, and capital-replacement needs; and provides on-call support. The role requires a high school diploma, at least three years of field experience with trade school training or five years of total field experience, trade and computer skills, blueprint-reading ability, and a Universal License.
