Description
Foundry Commercial is hiring a Building Engineer to perform or direct service maintenance for a property or portfolio of properties. The role oversees maintenance requests, tools and supplies, vendors, contractors, equipment warranties, emergency and preventative repairs, HVAC and other building-system operations, and on-call support. Candidates need a high school diploma, at least three years of field experience with trade school training or five years of total field experience, trade and computer skills, blueprint-reading ability, and a Universal License.
