Description
The Facilities Maintenance Engineer inspects, maintains, and repairs HVAC, plumbing, electrical, boiler, and pool systems; performs preventative maintenance, troubleshooting, emergency repairs, safety inspections, and water-chemistry monitoring; and maintains work records in a CMMS. The role requires experience with building and mechanical systems, a technical or trade school certification, a state-specific boiler or stationary engineer license, EPA CFC or HVAC certification, and Certified Pool Operator or Aquatic Facilities Operator certification.
