Stream Realty Partners is hiring a Building Engineer to maintain and repair commercial building systems and equipment, provide concierge-style service to tenants and partners, and support property operations. The role includes preventative and corrective maintenance, inspections of HVAC, fire alarms, plumbing, and other systems, contract work, and adherence to safety and regulatory requirements. The position requires a high school diploma, GED, or trade school diploma, EPA Universal Certification within 90 days of employment, reliable transportation, and the ability to work indoors and outdoors, including climbing stairs and ladders.
