Description
The Facilities Manager is responsible for the overall operation and maintenance of building facilities, equipment, systems, and utilities. The role includes inspections, preventive and corrective maintenance, troubleshooting, coordination with contractors and suppliers, documentation, safety and operational compliance, maintenance scheduling, and improvement initiatives. The posting requires a bachelor's degree in electrical, mechanical, or civil engineering, preferred, and 3–5 years of relevant experience in property management, commercial buildings, residential developments, mixed-use projects, or facilities management, along with technical knowledge of building systems and related management skills.
