Description
Transwestern is hiring an on-site Building Maintenance Technician for its Tempe, Arizona property. The role performs and troubleshoots plumbing, electrical, HVAC, mechanical, pneumatic, hydraulic, and building automation work; maintains equipment such as chillers, pumps, motors, cooling towers, and life-safety systems; handles preventive maintenance, repairs, inspections, documentation, emergency response, and occasional welding, carpentry, and snow removal. The position requires a high school diploma or GED, at least three years of building maintenance experience, relevant trade licensing or permits as required, basic Windows computer skills, and the ability to interpret blueprints and schematics. It works second shift and requires regular on-site presence, physical lifting, climbing, and work during emergencies or overtime assignments.
