Description
Spectrum Management is hiring Chief Building Engineers for several Washington, D.C. sites. The role operates, monitors, troubleshoots, repairs, and performs preventive maintenance on commercial building systems such as HVAC, steam, chilled water, electrical, refrigeration, and energy management systems, using Building Automation Systems. The engineer also conducts inspections, supports life-safety and critical infrastructure compliance, responds to service calls, and may supervise engineering and maintenance staff. A high school diploma or GED, a valid DC 3rd Class Engineers License, and at least five years of similar facility experience are required; CFC licensing and experience supervising three or more staff are preferred.
