Description
Performs and guides others in comprehensive building engineering and facilities maintenance for ITC headquarters and a backup facility in Ann Arbor, covering architectural systems, plumbing, HVAC, industrial controls, fire and audiovisual systems, preventative maintenance, warehouse organization, and coordination of vendors and support staff. The role requires at least five years of building engineer or equivalent experience, boiler and air-handling operations training, troubleshooting ability, computer-controlled HVAC knowledge, communication skills, a valid driver's license, and availability for after-hours response and travel to other work locations.
