Educational Alliance is hiring a full-time Building Engineer-Facilities Manager for the 14th Street Y in Downtown Manhattan. The role maintains and troubleshoots electrical, HVAC, plumbing, fire safety, and security systems; supervises the Superintendent and contracted cleaners; manages contractors, maintenance work, work orders, budgets, and capital projects; and ensures compliance with building codes and safety requirements. The position requires an associate or bachelor's degree, at least five years of director-level building engineering, maintenance, and construction operations experience, and relevant certifications.
