Description
The Building Engineer I maintains, operates, and troubleshoots HVAC, plumbing, electrical, and building automation systems; performs scheduled maintenance, repairs, inspections, and tenant service; escalates issues as needed; and supports emergency response and contractor oversight. The role requires 2–3 years of job-related experience or commensurate certification or trade experience, relevant engineering and trade licenses, CFC certification preferred, and the ability to work in an office during standard business hours.
