Description
The Building Engineer I maintains, operates, and troubleshoots HVAC, plumbing, electrical, and building automation systems; performs scheduled maintenance, repairs, inspections, and tenant service; responds to emergencies and severe-weather outages; and works with senior engineers, contractors, and property managers. The role is a night-shift, 100% in-office position requiring 2–3 years of job-related experience or commensurate certification or trade experience, applicable engineering and trade licenses, and U.S. work authorization.
