Description
The Building Engineer I maintains, operates, and troubleshoots HVAC, plumbing, electrical, and building automation systems; performs scheduled maintenance, repairs, inspections, and tenant service; escalates equipment issues; maintains records; and supports emergency response and contractor oversight. The role requires 2–3 years of job-related or commensurate trade experience, relevant engineering and trade licenses, CFC certification preferred, Microsoft Office and work-order-system skills, and the ability to perform physically demanding work. It is 100% in-office, requires United States work authorization without visa sponsorship, and includes medical, dental, vision, retirement, paid leave, and other benefits.
