Description
The Building Engineer II independently troubleshoots, repairs, and maintains HVAC, electrical, plumbing, building automation, fire alarm, and life safety systems; performs preventive maintenance, inspections, contractor management, safety compliance, emergency response, and tenant support. The role requires 3–5 years of relevant experience or commensurate certification, engineering and trade licenses, advanced HVAC and BAS proficiency, and the ability to work physically demanding tasks. It is 100% in-office, requires United States work authorization without visa sponsorship, and includes medical, dental, vision, retirement, paid leave, and other benefits.
