Description
ESFM is hiring a full-time Building Engineer - MEP to perform skilled maintenance and repair of mechanical, electrical, plumbing, HVAC, fire alarm, and other building systems; provide field leadership, supervise workers, train others, review vendor work, troubleshoot complex problems, and support emergency response. The role is based at 4805 Aero Parkway, Florence, Kentucky, with day, night, and overnight/grave shifts, and pays $29.00 to $35.00 per hour with shift differentials. Applicants must have four years of skilled trade or maintenance vocational schooling, five years of institutional maintenance experience, two years of licensed Journeyman experience, and either a master license in one trade or a Journeyman Electrical License, Registered ACR Technician with EPA refrigerant certification, or Journeyman Plumber License, plus a valid driver’s license.
